TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS

By booking a service with Nova, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be booked in advance.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Access & Vehicle Condition

  • You must ensure we have access to the vehicle and location at the scheduled time.

  • Heavily soiled vehicles (e.g. excessive pet hair, mold, or waste) may require extra time or incur additional charges, which we will confirm before starting.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

  • No items off value to be left in the vehicle and ensure as much of the rubbish is out

3. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, card, or payment links. Invoices are available on request.

4. Satisfaction & Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to resolve the issue at no extra cost.

  • Full Refunds are not offered, but we may provide a discount or future service credit as a goodwill gesture.

5. Liability & Insurance

  • We hold public liability insurance for your peace of mind.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by poor vehicle condition (e.g. brittle trim, loose fittings).

6. Weather Conditions

  • In the event of poor weather, appointments may need to be rescheduled. We will contact you as early as possible in such cases.
