TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS

Nova Valeting – Terms & Conditions
By booking a service with Nova Valeting, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings & Cancellations

  • All appointments must be booked in advance.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events.

2. Access & Vehicle Condition

  • You must ensure we have clear access to the vehicle and location at the booked time.

  • Heavily soiled vehicles (e.g. pet hair, mould, biohazards) may require extra time or incur additional charges. You will be informed before work begins.

  • All valuables must be removed from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for any missing items.

  • Please remove as much rubbish and clutter as possible before we arrive.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, card, or payment links. Invoices are available on request.

4. Satisfaction & Refunds

  • If you are unhappy with the service, you must contact us within 24 hours. We will return to resolve the issue if appropriate.

  • Full refunds are not offered. At our discretion, a partial discount or future credit may be provided as a goodwill gesture.

5. Liability & Risk

  • All services are carried out at the customer’s own risk.

  • Nova Valeting accepts no liability for any damage, defects, or faults to the vehicle, whether existing, new, or arising during or after the service.

  • By booking a service, you confirm that you understand and accept this risk, and agree that Nova Valeting will not be held responsible for any damage to paintwork, electrics, interiors, mechanical parts, or accessories.

  • We hold public liability insurance, but it does not cover individual vehicle damage.

  • Booking your vehicle with us, you accept these risks and confirm that services are carried out at your own risk

6. Weather Conditions

  • In cases of poor weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment. You will be notified as soon as possible.
