How we take payments

Payment is made after the service has been completed and you are happy with the results. We accept all forms of card payments as well as cash. If you require an invoice, just let our team know after the service!

Pre wash

- Unlike your local car wash who use TFR (traffic film remover) we use citrus pre wash before even touching the paintwork on your vehicle. This ensures all road grime is safely removed so we can carry out our 2 bucket contact wash without creating any swirls/scratches to your vehicles paintwork. The TFR that your local £15 car wash uses is extremely vigorous to your paintwork and removes any protection that has been previously applied to the paintwork.

Please make sure valuable items have been removed ( we may change the price if we feel like the serivce you've booked doesn't meet the requirements)

Cancellations and rescheduling

- If you would like to cancel/reschedule your booking, please get in contact with us and we'll be happy to assist you. 

- Unfortunately the weather in the UK isn't perfect, therefore we may need to reschedule your appointment if we find the weather is going to cause disruption.

Access to water and electricity

- Our mobile van is equipped with a 250L water tank, so if you don't have an outdoor tap, don't worry!

- It is mandatory that we have access to a socket so we can plug our extension cord in to allow us to carry out our services.

Punctuality

- If you are running late for your appointment/booking, please do let our team know as this helps us try and get back on schedule.

- In the rare case a member of our team is running late, we will let you know. Sometimes we may be running ahead of schedule so we will always send an ETA prior to leaving for your booking.

- If in any case you are not happy or if one of our team has missed/ left an area unless please tell us within 24hrs you need to let us know.  

- We will be not liable for any damage on your vehicle

    (please report within 24hr hours)

Additional Charges

Please note pet hair removal is not included in the price of our packages, we will charge £10-£15 extra to remove pet hair from your vehicle.

How we carry out or services

- When contact washing the exterior of your vehicle, we use what is called the 2 bucket method to ensure no damage is made on your vehicle.

- Our experience in the business has allowed us to know what products are the safest and produce the best results!
